• Thoughts you create

This content is essential for the core functionality of the App.

c. Optional Information

• Gender (optional) — if provided, used only for display within the App

d. Technical and Usage Data

• IP address — used for security, abuse prevention, and basic service functionality
• Device and app information (such as device type, OS version, app version)
• Usage data (such as interactions within the App and feature usage)
• Crash reports and diagnostics — used to improve stability and performance

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the App
• Create and manage user accounts
• Enable communication between users
• Display and organize user-generated content
• Maintain security and prevent abuse
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing targeting.

• phone number
• public personal identity

Users are identified only by their chosen nickname.

9. Children

NOEMA is intended for users aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly allow children under this age to use the app.

10. International Data Processing

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country.

By using the App, you agree to this processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App or by updating the effective date.
